The ICI System Authority Consists of Governance Member and Subscriber Member Agencies who operate on the Network as a primary means of mission critical voice radio communications throughout the 4,500 square mile Los Angeles Operational Area.
Governance Member entities own the system infrastructure and Subscriber Member entities make use of the system through access agreements. Click on the above All ICI Agencies tab to review a list of our Police & Fire system users.
There are presently more than 120 Public Safety Agencies, consisting of Police, Fire, Public Works, and Public Utility agencies, supported by the ICI System Authority Network and more than 28,000 first responder radios affiliated to the system.

Governance Board Members consist of eight (8) Municipalities and two (2) Joint Powers Authorities for a total of ten (10) seats
